of all the emotions a garden can nurture perhaps the most delightful is playfulness - not often one a client will request, but which evolves out of understanding of what’s important. family life and the daughter’s happiness emerged as priorities, birthing a sequence of cheeky details, concealed paths, rolling hills, balancing planks, and chalk graffiti walls.
