His brows scrunched, quizzically. But, melting on the turn, the response was affectionate and emphatic:

“Really? thank you”.

A pocket-rocket split level garden of monochromatic modernist-funk. This tiny space packs a punch to make the neighbours wink. A change of material and level links the two main access points and splits the garden zones in two, for twice the fun in less than 40m2.
